• Replace [NOTE] with other admonition types or no admonition syntax.
• Replace 1-line partials and single-use partials with direct-in-topic text.
• Replace tags with dedicated partial files.
• Remove result examples containing region lists because these change frequently and the tables aren't complex.
• Remove unused include statements in the metadata of getting-started.adoc.
• Reorg config commands by use case (get & set configs, delete configs, use a 1-time config, etc).
• Replace list title with steps in the Homebrew install tab.
• Add separate tab for the command to create a non-vector collection.
• Remove multi-region limits and other supplemental information in favor of the link to the multi-region documentation. This eliminates the need to update multiple sources when the requirements/limitations change.
• Replace === End-to-end example with more specific headings in managing.adoc to avoid duplicate headings.
